Basic Gym Introduction

Join a gym introduction with one of our instructors to get started with your training. The instructor goes through the gym equipment and how to use it together with the participants, and will also give advice on how to create a workout routine. Tabata is a high intensity, 30 minutes long full body workout exclusively based on a set of short intervals. The structure of the program is easy to follow – you push yourself for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Tabata can be performed in a Fitness studio or outdoors. Show up 5 min before class starts.
